Vensure Employer Solutions has hired Pat Cleary, the former president and CEO of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), as the company’s new chief growth officer. Pat served as the head of NAPEO from 2011 to 2023, and helped the PEO industry experience unprecedented growth under his leadership. He also worked tirelessly lobbying for the passage of the Small Business Efficiency Act, which gave the PEO industry IRS recognition for the first time. At Vensure Employer Solutions, Pat will focus his efforts on ramping up our growth strategy. We are thrilled to welcome Pat to our leadership team.
